Jack Frazee began his legal career as a Houston personal injury attorney working in legislative policy. He has advised members of the Texas Legislature and Congress on healthcare policy issues and staffed the House Public Health Committee during the 85th Legislative Session. This experience has given him the opportunity to see the entire life cycle of a law, from its initial proposal to its ultimate litigation in the courts. In 2016, his research and writing on health data markets was published in the Indiana Health Law Review. See Health and Unregulated Data: Is This Farewell to Patient Privacy? (2016), Indiana Health Law Review, Volume XIII, Issue 2 (Frazee, J., Finley, M. JD LLM, Rohack, J. MD). Jack began working with Hughes Ellzey, LLP while he was still a law student and has assisted in lawsuits large and small, with a primary focus on enforcing consumer rights.
